“J. Mijin Cha is an assistant professor in the Urban Planning and Enviornmental Policy Department at Occidental College. She recieved her PhD and LLM in Environmental Law from the University of Londaon School of Oriental and African Studies. Her research integrates climate and environmental justice, green jobs, politics, race, and gender.”
